This isn't as easy as it sounds because of insurance restrictions on refills. However, using several strategies, I'm getting there. I've had people tell me they get their prescriptions 90 days at a time (so do I), but what if you need them when you are at the end of the 90 days?

Not everyone has this luxury, but when we had this house built a few years ago we added a gas fireplace and specified a gas range. The fireplace has a pilot light and will light when the power is off. The burners on the range (but not the oven) can be lit with a match. Unfortunately, electricity is required to operate the gas furnace, but at least the fireplace would take the chill off.mikemaxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06569666073239903588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7341912661779864632.post-38791989727240490342020-10-30T15:58:17.771-04:002020-10-30T15:58:17.771-04:00Keep plenty of blankets, clothes and warm socks an...Keep plenty of blankets, clothes and warm socks and gloves and hats - just in case.
