I am SSSOO...Thank you for these Pantry Prep posts. I am SSSOOO enjoying them! A lot of the bacon now is 12 oz. I wish we had pigs again! The first year I made a ham for Easter (from our own pigs) I was astounded that anything could taste that different and good from a store bought ham. I have a batch of vanilla extract "brewing". It will be ready in Sept.
