Don't Worry - Be Happy

Happy midweek to all!  It is sunny here at the moment - but chilly.  Had a light frost.  Spring sure is a wishy-washy time for weather!!  You name it - it can happen.
I look forward to these lovelies blooming this summer.  I get so many planted by the birds and squirrels and they always turn out beautiful.  I haven't planted any in years!

Today is just a reminder that we have been given the wonder of life - SO LIVE IT!  It is really quite simple - we are the ones who complicate it.  Do what you love and do it often.
LIVE
You don't have to analyze everything - that is something many of us do.  Just live it with a passion.

I love this!!!!  It is a great reminder.  All the worry we do, accomplishes nothing except steeling our joy!
SING!  LOVE!  PLAY!  DANCE!  LIVE!

Please just enjoy your life and enjoy those around you.  Hold them tight and love them.
Love everything and everyone.  Put grievances behind you - did they benefit you in any way?   Doubtful.

Enjoy all the wonders of nature and take care of it.
Enjoy your relationships and take care of them.
Enjoy the simple things as they are really big.
Enjoy your life and live it!

Thank you for being here.
Have a fantastical day!!!!

  1. How true, that worrying is a waste of time. :) And I am prone to it. :(

Today will be another day outdoors (unless a welcome shower appears) of picking up sticks, cutting up fallen branches, and planning what to move to my new "garden area". Anything that will help my dear son with the mowing! Just eliminate that part of the "lawn", turn it into flowers... he'll be happy. I don't expect to purchase much at all, mostly just separate bulbs and replant in new places, look for seedlings of plants I have and move them there, split hostas and daylilies. Already moved a tip-rooted azalea! Have another shrub that is not happy; may move it too, the light is better in the new place.

This cool weather is the time for the heavier work, and coolness will go away soon.

    1. I thin we are all prone to worry - not sure why. Guess human nature.
How cool that you get another great day to be outdoors and enjoy the weather. It sounds like work, but also exercise. Your son, sounds like G was. He hated mowing around all the 'stuff'. That was a good reason I started mowing in the first place. Method to his 'plan'!!!! LOL
      Enjoy!

  3. So true. Make it a great day. We're freezing here once again, won't be above mid-40s and with a strong wind blowing down the length of Lake Michigan. Real-feel this morning was in the 20s. Brrrr ...

  4. I also try very, very hard to stay positive and not worry. I always say half the things you worry about never happen and things happen that you never even thought of. I try to stay as far away from negativity as I can. I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!!

    1. Isn't that the truth? That is how it usually happens.
Negativity does nothing good. I just wish people would all be happy and smile. It would be lovely. Thank you!

  5. A very good reminder! I have to talk myself off the ledge, so to speak, about worrying over things. I like to be in control at all times, and sometimes that's just not possible.

    1. Generally control is not to be had - especially about the big stuff. There are some things we control - but most is just not in our scope of things to do. We can't change the world - just ourselves.

  7. Worry adds nothing of value to your life. Besides frowns are not very pretty!

I had my yearly mammogram this morning, took all of ten minutes. Next month is the colonoscopy.

The sun just came out. Enjoy the rest of this day!

    1. No it adds nothing. I agree a smile is much prettier!
Getting checked all over - good job.

  9. If I did not worry every time we get into the car, we would have been killed or wrecked every time. If I don't worry, who will. I know I am hypervigilant, but that is the way I am wired by experience. I imagine I am about as happy as most people.

    1. I think we all worry a bit - but it truly does no good. Being watchful and paying attention helps me be safe in the car. I consider that different from worry. We each does what works for us.
