Just a gentle reminder to all. Some days we ALL need to be reminded that "stuff" happens we cannot control, and we will get through it - eventually. TIME is what it takes and that is just fine!
Take time to be gentle to yourself and love yourself. You are worthy.
Be kind to yourself and others. Love this day with all your heart.
Have a blessed day.
Excellent post! Blessing for you!ReplyDelete
Blessings to you my friendDelete
Well said Cheryl. I do enjoy my alone time.ReplyDelete
It can be quite comforting at times.Delete
Oh yes! I have to reset and renew at times in my life, too. I need my alone time, also. xo DianaReplyDelete
Absolutely! It's a process and we all need to work through these times on our own terms and for as long as it takes. There is no one-size-fits-all. Hugs across the miles.ReplyDelete
Correct - no one-size-fits-all!!!! I like that. Do what YOU need to do.Delete
Grandma Griff used to say her favorite Bible verse was, "And it came to pass..." We all have those days when it's a little too people-y out there and we simply seek solitude. I had a lot of them last year. Probably will this year, too. Hang in there, Cheryl! You're in my prayers every day. --EliseReplyDelete
Too people-y - oh yeah!!! I feel that way many times. Give me my animals and nature over a lot of people! LOLDelete
Hoping this year is better for you.
Well said and so true. I need, and enjoy, my alone time. ((Hugs)).ReplyDelete
I think we can be our own BEST company!!! Alone, often times helps.Delete
Love his day with all your heart - that really challenges me, but I’m trying. You are a giver and a motivator. You deserve time to heal and absorb love from all those around you. People who don’t understand are ignorant. I know that’s harsh, but I couldn’t think of another word.ReplyDelete
You are loved and in our prayers.

I guard my times of solitude! It truly is a gift. Take time to heal and recover.ReplyDelete
It is - isn't it? Thanks.Delete
The last one really sums me up. I love being home and recharging. It's a requirement for me. Have a wonderful day Cheryl!!ReplyDelete
I think it just makes us better for things to come. Have a nice eveningDelete
Well said, Cheryl. I know I need alone, quiet time to recharge and reset. WanitaReplyDelete
I think we all do from time to time. Good mental health!Delete
Great reminder my friend. I am very much like that too.ReplyDelete
It helps us absorb the positive energy around us.Delete
Great post Cheryl. I need to remind myself of this often.ReplyDelete
I think we all do. Calm and serenity speak volumes!Delete
"Take time to be gentle to yourself and love yourself. You are worthy." Yes, very, very good reminder. Today I enjoyed just looking up at the blue sky, counting my blessings. I too love my quiet times...I just can't take too much these days. I avoid things that are too peopley as you say.ReplyDelete
Blessings to you Cheryl, I hope you are having a nice evening. We're over here watching the best of Ed Sullivan, those are the sweetest programs for the mostpart, just love seeing the wholesome entertainment with the sweet little dogs and chimps and all that. Nat King Cole with his wife yesterday...Just really sweet.
It IS important that we make sure that we love ourselves and take care of us.Delete
I love the old shows. There is nothing like it today. Mainly garbage on TV these days.
