Today - a few recipes of goodies that are so easy and quick to make - and odds are most of us have what is needed to make them. No shopping, no spending, just using what we have and making some tasty treats!!!!!
These are good.
So easy and yes, they are very tasty.I would think any plain cookie would work! Sugar cookies, vanilla wafers - oh heck even sandwich cookies!
Reminds me of childhood!
What great recipes! Thank you, Cheryl.

P.S. For "last minute" fudge, microwave 1 tub of canned frosting + about 2 cups chocolate chips for 2 minutes (or so), pausing the microwave and stirring every 30 seconds until all the chocolate chips are melted. Add any stir ins you'd like (such as nuts). Pour and spread into a waxed paper lined 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 inch baking dish and refrigerate for at least an hour. Remove from baking dish, slice and share!

The no-bake cookies remind me of haystack cookies my mom made, but they had coconut in them. Perhaps I need to look up that recipe.

You are welcome. I remember haystacks as well. They were very tasty. It seems we made those with butterscotch chips.
DeleteYum, all of these sound delicious, Cheryl. I need to make those coconut balls for Christmas.
