I woke this morning with the notion that I needed to change the post I had written. I just have a feeling someone needs to be lifted up. I know many here are going through a lot. Illness, family worries, life happenings, and sadness in general.
We are here for one another. I hope each and every one of you have a blessed day and week.
I think each of these are self-explanatory. We need to realize that we can only control so much and then we have to turn it all over to a higher power.
Life needs to be enjoyed, loved and lived each day. We are ALL guilty of spending days doing nothing or feeling sorry for ourselves. Sometimes we just need a gentle reminder that there is so much more than US! Life is beautiful and it is grand.
I pray you each get a lift today and that you go through the remainder of the week with a happy heart.
Be kind, be happy, be joyful. God loves you!
Lovely post. Thank you for being a light in the world. Lynn Ewing

DeleteThank you. You are right about someone needing lifted up. Me, and I'm sure many others. Celie
ReplyDeleteCelie, I hope this helped a little,
DeleteThank you, Cheryl. Like other readers, I needed to see this today. And GOOD news... there's progress on our house AND I have an appointment next week with a highly recommended podiatrist for my arthritic feet. He's taking new patients and accepts my insurance. Hip, hip, HURRAY! --Elise
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful news. YAY on the house!!!! How great, I sure hope they can help you. HUGS
DeleteThank you Cheryl. Much appreciated xx

Glad you enjoyed! Hope it helped
DeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteI told my daughter this today.
She was crying. They can't find a house they can afford. Mortgage payments would be less than their rent, they have the down payment, and a good paying job. And always pay their bills. But things seem to be conspiring against them ever getting a home.
~Margaret
Sometimes things seem to not work out for whatever reason - I think that is God saying be patient. Something better is on the way. Their home will come and it will be the RIGHT one! Prayers for them.
DeleteThank you for the wonderful, inspired post, Cheryl. I am one of those who needed this reminder.
ReplyDeleteMary (on the road)

ReplyDeleteThank you - so glad to have you here.
DeleteThank you for this post Cheryl. Need some positive thoughts as my great nephew who is 6 months old has an enlarged thymus and had to go for a biopsy. But the sun is out and my sister has just sent me a picture of him with his sister both smiling. Blessings to you from the UK.
ReplyDeleteI just said a prayer for your nephew and your family. I sure hope all has a good outcome. We need to stop and enjoy the little things and the things we all just take for granted. Blessings
DeleteThank you.
DeleteOH YES!!!!! Such a positive post today. While we still need to prepare, it should become a way of life not something to get ready for the end of life. We live each day in our homes and should keep them prepared for each day of life. Positivity is the only way to live. We cannot control what others do. Just what we do!! Love all the sayings! Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteAMEN! I agree 100%. Be sure to read my next post! It is basically about much of what you said. We get one shot at this - make it wonderful and a joy!
DeleteI love all of these.
ReplyDeleteSo encouraging and empowering to read affirming words!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
